Creative Leader

LEADER ARE CENTRAL TO ANY major change effort and we can conclude that transforme equals 
leadership

 
 


Transformation=Leadershi

Without a strong and capable leadership from many people; restructing, turnarounds and cultural
changes either do not happen at all or not happen effectively. In addition, there is a need to manage the change process in such a way that the operation does not go out of control. A sound managerial support is essential for this. Hence, highly successful transformation efforts cimbine good leadership with good management. Such a combination i would call 'creative leadership'

       CREATIVE LEADERS AT THE TOP OF ENTERPRISES TODAY WILL ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO LEAP INTO THE FUTURE, HELP THEM OVERCOME NATURAL FEARS AND EXPAND THE LEADERSHIP CAPACITY IN THEIR ORAGANISATION. It is a great victory to conquer the peoples' hearts and pre-serve our deomoctratic tradition.

        India has demonstrated its immense capabilities and corecompetence to the world with its 
large talented manpower. It is a nuclear weapon state, self-sufficient in space efforts and defen-ce research, capable of combat technology denial regimes, largest producer of milk, self-suffici-ent in food, leader in pharmaceuticals, competent in inforamation technology and has large natu-ral resources What else do we need?

        We have such capabilities and strenghts in individual domains, but when one looks at India's per captia income we satnd at the 105th place in  the world.
Why?
What is pulling us  down?
What do we need?

         We need mare and more uniqe individuals who can be great leadership and managers.

         As great leader and managers will you fill up the vacuum in india and collectively make india reach the higest place?
 What should be the purpose of management education?        
             
            i think, management education should tranaform a person into a leader.

Who is leader?
 
            A leader is the one who thinks what he can GIVE to others instead of expecting what othe-rs can do for him

            The second most important thing that a leader needs to have is the ABILITY TO MANAGE AND LEAD RHE CHANGE.


What type of change do we mean here?

               The enterpreneurse should not be just home grown inddustrialists but their enterprises
should also become leading MNCs.


              Leadership with nobility and change management are the two important elements that the youth need to contribute to the nation.


                 The nation today, needs a combination of technology and a leadership that uses the technology to bring economic prosperity.The 'developed india', as defined by us, can only be powerad by economic strenght. The economic strength has to be powered by cometitiveness and  competitiveness has to be powered by knowlege power. Knowledge power has to be powered by   technology and technology has be powered by innovative manegement and management has to  be powered by leadership.


What are the characteristics of leadership?


                  A LEADER NEITHER IS A COMMNADER NOR A SUPER BOSS, BUT HE/SHE IS VISIONARY,  A FACILITATOR OF THE TEAM AND A THINKER. ABOVE ALL, THE NOBILITY OF THE MIND IS THE HALLMARK OF THE LEADER.


  • A leader is not boss.
  •  A leader should be ready to give to others rather than expecting others to give him.
  • A leader should be equipped to manage change.
  • A leader should have nobility of heart.
  • A leader should have a vision, capacity to be a facilitator and capability of thinking.
